This ranking is determined by the ratings given by users to the real estate listings on Guide Immo. The rating system ranges from one star to five stars. Future tenants get a true insight into the project’s value, which helps them make an informed and fair decision. As long as the project remains available for rental, users are able to vote. In order to maintain credibility, users can only vote for one project at a time. The project must receive at least 10 votes from users to appear in the ranking.
