The selection of project is based upon user evaluations. guideimmo.ca, who graded the projects using a 1-to-5-star system. Future buyers can get a real insight into how the projects are rated by these evaluations. Each user can only vote for one project to ensure the integrity of votes. In order to be included in our ranking of condos for sale, a project must receive at least 10 votes by users and still be available at the time this article was written.
