The tour
The house is the largest in a dead-end road.
The foyer has a star-patterned mosaic floor, and there’s a powder room hidden in the wall on the right.
Here’s that powder room, with moody decor, completed as part of the 2022 renovation.
The new walnut wardrobe is revealed when you move into the open concept space.
The living room features cathedral ceilings, floor-to–ceiling windows, and a large open concept. The fireplace is the original, but it was converted to gas from wood a long time back.
Another angle of the space shows more walnut millwork that adds warmth and texture to the contemporary decor. The floors are heated.
The dining area is located down the hall. Note the floating buffet and floor-to-ceiling windows.
The kitchen is next door, with quartz counters and a backsplash.
Even the Sub-Zero refrigerator is panelled with walnut.

Here’s a view of the living area from the second-floor landing.
The main bedroom is equipped with built-in closets, night tables and dressers. The Juliet balcony overlooks Ramsden Park.
This former bedroom, with its ribbed panelling, was converted into a home office and den. It also features a floating media system.

The basement is finished with a fireplace and includes a bathroom, bedroom and a bathroom (the latter two are not shown).
Outside, the backyard faces south and is filled with natural light. It also features a pergola covered deck, a patio made of interlocking stone and manicured garden.
